In the autumn of 2008, I was found lying motionlessly by the side of the road. My rescuer found me and brought me some food and tried to feed me. But at that time my body was very weak and did not respond to the delicious smell of food.
I was taken to the hospital to be checked over and was diagnosed with canine distemper virus. It is due to this reason that I was abandoned on the street. My rescuer did not give up on me, and spent a few thousand Yuan in order to save me from a certain death, and I didn’t give up either, I fought off the illness and recovered very well.
Once fully recovered, I was taken to live at TACN Beijing Rescue Centre. I’ve been living here for more than five years now, and because of my past I’ve learnt to guard food. I’m very smart. When my rescuer visited the Rescue Centre again after an interval of a few years, I recognised him straight away. I quickly jumped over the fence which I usually have no courage to jump, and flew towards him.
I’m an old tenant here at the rescue centre. I’m also a versatile dog, and hope that someone will adopt me and give me a forever loving home. I’ll use my signature move to say thank you!
